For a tourist-trap section of town, Hurricane continues to serve up delicious and well-composed entrees. The venue has some ambience with part bar-like seating, part white tablecloth, however it tends to be close quarters and the volume can be loud. We have tried many entrees and all are consistently delicious. The standout on the menu, especially for those in need of a seafood fix, is the stuffed lobster: Lobster baked and stuffed with crabmeat, topped with 3 large seared scallops. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

Found myself in Kennebunkport, ME for Christmas Prelude. Went into this little gem to warm up. Although we only had drinks at the bar, we will be going back for dinner. Every single entree and dessert looked scrumptious, and the bartender was dressed in a cute little Santa dress. Very warm and inviting festive atmosphere, (even the elf swinging from the ceiling fan!) and friendly staff. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful restaurant! We arrived with no reservations. The couple we were with live on Goose Neck Beach so the accommodated us with a table for six! The service was amazing. We never had to find our waitress, she checked on us at regular intervals. The food was amazing. I got the baked chicken. Moist and tender, great seasoning. My husband got a burger. Really good. The other people we were with had the mussels, onion soup and a wedge salad, lobster roll and baked salmon. Everyone said their food was delicious. The drinks were great too. The check for 4 people plus drinks was $157. Not one complaint about this place.

Prelude was great, on the Marsh plus overlooks the tree /down town. Bloody Mary with full lobster tail! Loved it! Packed due to holiday but looking forward to going back

We ate here for a date night on our honeymoon and everything about it was delightful. We both started with the lobster chowder, which was amazing. The beef tenderloin was cooked perfectly; the lobster was delicious and a true treat. The creme brûlée was just the greatest end to a beautiful meal. The views overlooking the water are great. Highly recommend if you're looking for a fine dining experience.
