Story

Hutchison Insurance Agency is a full service Independent Insurance Agency having access to National, Regional and Local Insurance Carriers allowing us diverse markets to provide insurance coverages for your business, home, auto and family. We have the expertise to help determine your insurance needs and then develop and design the best insurance solution in the most cost effective manner.

Hutchison Insurance Agency became 1 of 7 founding members in Novemeber of 1997 of The Insurance Alliance of Central Pennsylvania. The Alliance is a consortium of 9 regional agencies controlling a volume of over $200 million in insurance premiums. Since 2006 the Alliance has been ranked in the top 100 Property/Casualty Independent Agencies in the United States as reported by the National Insurance Journal. The Alliance is a major market factor in the Central PA region providing multiple, competitive markets for its clientele. The Alliance has sigend contracts with some of the most prestigious carriers in the U.S., including, but not limited to Acuity, Allied Insurance, Berkley, CNA, Chubb, The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, Donegal, Eastern Alliance, Fireman's Fund, Guard Insurance Group, Harleysville, The Hartford, Ohio Casualty, Philadelphia Insurnace Company, Penn National, PMA Group, Travelers, SafeCo, Selective Insurance, State Auto Mutual, Westfield Group and Zenith
