I have had my car and home insurance through Lucille Lukas-State Farm for over 30  years.  Had to change due to my moving, but wanted to say how wonderful she and her staff has been.  I've had a few insurance claims over past 30 years, and they were all smoothly taken care of........unfortunately the agents out here aren't nearly as easy to work with.

Lucille is very interested in giving the best service for her clients.  She is willing to go above and beyond for her clients.  She gives you her honest opinion.  Her secretary Michelle is also very knowledgeable and can answer questions.

State farm is the worse insurance !!!  You pay over 200 a month and they don't want to pay any claims there adjuster's say one thing , then after you get someone in to fix something they say the complete opposite of what they just said , The deductible are high! So with State Farm you just paying over 200 a month for nothing except to have you car full coverage on the road legally! And house insurance forget it they won't pay for anything!
