As always, these guys provided quick, efficient, and friendly service. The store was clean and well-stocked, and I was able to find what I needed relatively quickly. Appreciate the consistent awesomeness provided by this line of stores!

The gentleman that worked at the cheese and sliced meat department was very helpful and personable. Pretty much any employee we walked past would say hello.

Helpful smile in every isle. The West Lakes store can be very busy on the weekends, but the staff does a great job at keeping the shelves stocked and the isles clean. The managers never let the lines at checkout ever get more than two deep. An added bonus for families with young children is that this store has an individual walking around making balloon animals on Saturday.

So far all Hy-Vee’s are the cleanest grocery stores I ever seen , believe me I have all over USA

Great store with a super friendly staff. It can get crazy busy during specific times of the day though, so plan accordingly. They run some fantastic specials, so watch for the adds or download their app.
