Same space, higher rent every year. If this is the least expensive place in town then I would really be hurting somewhere else.

Been nothing but chill for my 5x10 the past 2 years. I came back a second time with the new owner people, still worked with me and got my 1/2 year old info.

The woman who has been working here for the past 4 months was extremely helpful for my grandmother and I. She went out of her way for us which was really nice. She took a lot of weight off of our shoulders.

The older couple that ran the place were not "SCUM".  The husband was an ex- Marine who was on 24 X 7 X 365 home dialysis and was sick most the time.  Last year when they went on a vacation with there children, then ended up in a head on collision on Hwy 22, both were ejected through the windshield, and hospitalized for month.  There children and another manager from another store tried to run the place till they got  out of the hospital.  When they did they were not able to run the facility any longer.  So not knowing what your talking about, bad mouthing a woman who is taking care of one of our countries Hero's and running a huge storage facility, SHAME  on you!!

I rented from this company for over 2 years. Thought their prices were very fair, until i decided to down grade from the 10x20 to a smaller unit. One month after downgrading I was informed they were raising the rent to the amount i was paying for the larger unit.
I gave notice i would be out by the 5th.
Moved out today, thought I'd get the 5 day "grace" period, but was charged for 4 days.
If you're intesting in learning about all the people not paying, and other impertinent info and have an extra 30 minutes to just kill, go here.
 Oh,  and if your storage unit doesn't have a working light bulb, don't expect them to fix it. "They don't maintain them anymore". Guess you're supposed to have your own 20 ft . ladder and light bulb. Not sure what you're paying storage for? Bring your flash light. I could go on and on but won't. Just Go somewhere else.
