The team here know what they're doing and are good at getting customers in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciated that the manager emailed me my receipt to save me from a lengthier check out process. The parking lots feels a little cramped, but it is possible to move your vehicles with a multi-point turn.

Thanks for getting me set up to haul my truck after my accident. Awesome staff that showed me some hints and ideas. Deadlines were made clear, and they even  made us a deal due to loosing our house in a fire. Thank you. Highly recommend (back in Jan 2017)

Wow. Super fast service. Ive been using Uhaul for years and waiting to get your truck or to return can be a pain, especially when youre tired from moving or have dead lines. This place got me in and out and back in quickly. Also clean, friendly staff and easy parking lot to maneuver through.

Slow.  Two people in office one stayed on phone helping a customer.  The other sat in office and told me to wait on the other.  Horrible service.

Run away from them. Never ever rent from u haul and this particular location! Had a reservation for 26 ft truck for 9 am on June 17. First of all, we had to call and check about  pick-up location because nobody called us. Then, when we came in at 9, there was no truck. Nothing available within 50 ml either.  Our house  is sold and we must be out by the 18th.  They kept telling us we reserved 20 footer for 11 a.m while we have a email confirmation about 26 footer and 9 a.m. Jerks ( no other word can describe them) on Silverton and U Haul customer service did nothing.  Silverton had a 26 footer owned by the location and refused to provide it to us even though they  were the ones who screwd  up.  Nobody Did Nothing! We will give you $50 credit, they said. How generous!!!  Assholes and jerks are the only words that come to mind.
