Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Close to everything you need. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: This hotel could be called fancy 3-5 years ago, which means it probably outdated in 2018. AC noise was LOUD. Hard floors were sticky, wood surfaces were sticky. You can very easily hear the steps in the hallway, and EVEN hear someone using the bathroom upstairs.

Had a great stay here. Room were clean bed was comfortable. Came with a couch and had a desk to do work at. Staff was great and breakfast was good. Also close to the freeway with a lot of places to eat around the hotel.

Nice longer stay hotel with a very friendly staff. Rooms are quiet and spacious, and breakfast in the morning was better than I expected from most hotels. Stayed there for a week on business and was very happy with it overall.

Our first visit to this Hyatt location. First impressions were good, building is located right off the highway. Check-in process was not pleasant. We booked our rooms almost a year in advance and were supposed to have asking rooms. This did NOT happen.  Not happy at all with this. Overall the hotel is nice,  clean comfortable. Rooms were nice plenty of room for two in our king room.

Room was clean and comfortable!  Staff was very nice and organized. Breakfast was missing the make-your-own-waffle feature which is found at other free breakfasts and fruit was frozen.
