Community is very nice and clean but there r bugs in the apartments when you ask for treatment they r not ready to do pest control unless u pay for it.Any work order u put should be complete but it takes more than a week and you have to call after a week than only some one will show up. I am stuck because of lease. Plus leasing office persons are really very rude & never answers phone.It always on voicemail. They will treat nicely to American but not to any one else from different country. Lot of attitude. Plus bugs and wild trees around your door area they won't even clean it.If you have kids it's not safe at all for them to play around.

These apartments are pretty good with big community. Its all the way near to Turtle crossing Mall and Walmart and many other shopping places, it has a good parking structure and lots of spots, even garages are spacious. Its a very descent and silent community.

Really nice place. Staying in the back of the complex in the newer section. Rooms are a little small but the kitchen is wonderful and the living room huge. One of the bowls provided had something caked inside of it when I pulled it out of the cupboard, but that's nothing compared to how cozy the rest of the place is.

I recently moved to the Pines in September of 2017,  prior to moving i was able to get a detailed tour on each Phase along with the workout center that was very up to date. Each phase also had up to date appliances with lots of space for my wife and daughter which is a huge plus. Also i noticed that its a very quite and friendly community and the staff makes you feel at home. Thank you

I have been residing here since June 2017 and must state so far everything is awesome. Leasing office staff Walter, Lesley then the Manager Cody all are amazing and there to help constantly. Must state Maintenance here at Pines is remarkable, all our work order requests were taken care of on time.I would say the only little area of improvement which is required in the apartment complex at this moment is fully equipped GYM and 24*7 clubhouse.
