The hotel is located near the mall and great places to eat. The hotel staff were amazing. The hospitality at this hotel is the best I've seen so far. We stayed in our room for 5 nights and the stay was great. Bed was comfortable. Wifi was great and breakfast had tasty warm and cold items. Fresh orange juice was good. I'd recommend this hotel for long stays.

Hyatt Place in general is a great place to stay. Large room with big comfy couch, desk and sink with fridge. Rustic mixed with modern aesthetic. Convenient to Park Meadows Mall and the Interstate as well as The Tech Center. They also have a nice brunch bar. Highly recommended. Don't forget fast, free Internet and we got it all for less than $90.

Been here several times now. Always have a nice clean and comfy room. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We enjoy the breakfast.

The rooms are clean and large. The breakfast is yummy and changes everyday which is a big deal when your here for a week. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. They don't have fox news which is a problem for me but they are working on it. In the lobby they have Starbucks and fresh food options along with a bar. It is so convenient to be able to get a sandwich or salad without leaving the hotel. Lots of perks.

We chose this hotel because of the American Girl package they do. We thought it was well executed and my daughter loved it. When we arrived we were given a letter addressed to my daughter. Inside was a coupon for milk and cookies. Then when we went upstairs there was a foldable bed; made exclusively for American Girl partner hotels, waiting for my daughter to use with her doll and take home with her. There was also a paper American Girl store bag on the bed. The bag usually contains a voucher for a free dolls shirt with a $40 purchase at the AG store (we got ours from the people working at the front desk). The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was decent. We booked the queen room with a pull out sofa bed. The privacy screen separating the bedroom from the living space is nice for sharing the room, along with the extra sink by the fridge in the living area. Our only issue with the hotel was the lack of space in the bathroom. It's a tight squeeze with the shower (great size and worked great) and toilet being in a small room. Overall we loved our stay and though we wouldn't need the American Girl package again (don't need a second bed), we would definitely pick this hotel again if we were to return to the area.
