This is the most awesome place to work out! I've been a member for a month and I absolutely love it. The instructors are great and they have a good variety of boxing, kickboxing, MMA and other classes. The workouts are fun and are great for cardio, strength, and stamina. I'm getting in pretty good shape and I feel great and more confident.

This gym is clean, well organized and kept up to shape. I was a member years ago when it was under different management and the new team has turned this place around! They have wonderful trainers who push you hard but are educated to assist with recovering from injuries. If you want a good workout this is the place to come.

I've been coming for 3-4 months and the boxing classes have really helped me tone up and lose the weight I gained after having a baby! So much more effective compared to any of my other workouts, and way more fun! Even after reaching my goals, I'm continuing my membership because it's such a great workout and environment. The staff are really helpful and the classes keep things fresh so you never get bored. TJ's a great manager, and I have really liked Steven Jurich's classes - he takes these fun photos. I've never felt uncomfortable, disrespected or had any issues with my contract or billing. I've even canceled my membership and reactivated with no issues and TJ was really great working with me through that. I borrow their gloves which I really appreciate not having to buy my own (at least until being sure you would want to continue). Don't know how clean any gym really is, but it looks organized and we wipe down the bags with cleaner so that's better than nothing. They taught me how to wrap my hands about a hundred times and never complained about it. Great experience for me.

Only went for a free class but the class was challenging and engaging. Staff was awesome. Just too pricey for me

Read the fine print very closely before signing a contact.  They have unethical billing practices.  Tried to be reasonable with them about some charges, but TJ wouldn't budge and was very rude.  Also had issue with Steve making unwanted advances on my fiance.  Just not a good experience.
