This school has some awesome teachers, and is a place I enjoy going. It is in walking distance from my house. Super fun classes.

We love HES and feel lucky to have such a great school within walking distance!

The school has changed so much over the last several years. There is an active PTA, fantastic principal, and teachers are moving to HES from other school districts. We loved our kindergarten teacher and everyone I know is excited about their first grade teachers. There is an emphasis on art. This is a neighborhood school and we like being able to walk to school, greet the staff, and see many parents volunteering at the school throughout the week. The facilities need to be upgraded but the PTA and school administration is working actively toward achieving this goal.

HES has come a long way over the past few years ... an achievement that can be attributed to an active PTA, caring & innovative staff, involved parents and a stellar principal. We are thrilled to be a part of this community and send both our kids to HES. Very proud to be a part of this neighborhood school and look forward to its continued growth and presence in our community.

BEST school i ever went to my the teachers and staff are really nice and the academics are great but easier,when you in middle school.
