Hyattsville Middle School has some of the most caring teachers, competent administrators, committed staff, conscientious students, and concerned parents in Prince George's County Public Schools. The Arts Program, the Kids Excelling in Math and Science (KEMS) Program, and more make it the place for students to learn and grow in our community. Very proud of the fine work they are doing there.

I really like the many programs they have like CPA and the lunch is pizza just about everyday. But the bathrooms are really messed up.

I'm in Hyattsville middle school . It's amazing and has a variety choices for CPA courses.

I went here from 6th grade to 8th grade I liked the teachers but the bathrooms were in bad shape, the stalls locks were broken for a long time last year,  every year, also their are fights once in a while. If you don't care about that, this will be a great school for you.

RANT 
This school sucks this my 3rd year attending this school. This school is Hell. It's disorganized and Over rated. It's not like it used to be. For lunch is Pizza and Fries everyday! Don't join sports it's not organized. I wish I could rate this with 0 stars. 

Some teachers are nice and helpful. Some teachers are petty for no reason. It's bug and rat infested. There are centipedes in the Cafeteria. If you want best for your child don't send them here! The cpa is great and is the only highlight of the school.
