I've been in this business a long time and everyone knows that when you buy something used you take a risk of something happening at any time. The majority of the dealerships will help you if something does happen, and this dealership is no exception. Comments and reviews are supposed to be written by the consumer who directly had the experience, not that consumer's buddies because they were asked to tarnish the reputation of good people at this dealership due to an unfortunate experience from the original consumer. My recent purchase was my first from I-294. Paul was and has been great through the initial conversations, follow ups, and administrative issues. I have communicated more with him after we paid them than before. I would definitely, and hope, to do more business with these guys in the future.

We do a lot of business with I-294, They have always been fair and honest in their dealings with us. I would recommend anyone buying a truck in the Chicago area to go and check them out.
