Terrible, bought a BMW from here and took it to the BMW dealer for a recall it had and told them to do an inspection on the car. What they find out is that I need new tires and brakes on the car. The tires had only one millimeter of thread left and the rotors needed to be replaced. Had to spend an extra 3k on everything after I was told the car was in great shape. This place is a complete rip off and they put cheap tires on all there cars.

Currently trying to work out a deal on a vehicle purchased that was later revealed to have structual damage. Very kind over the phone, however after a few weeks of back and forth there is no resolution in sight. Which has led me to change my review of mcarsusa.

It is hard to know where to start and end. We very regrettably purchased a car from Motor Cars USA. In hopes of helping others not make the same mistake we did in purchasing a car from this place and due to their complete lack of integrity I am motivated to enter this honest review of a very dishonest estabishment. When we purchased our van from them in July of 2016 we were told it had been in a very minor accident. We were told it had been inspected and checked to make sure it was of excellent quality. Smiling faces nice gentlemen motivated to make a sale. We were also told that the van was a Touring Elite model. Within a few short weeks (approximately a month) when the check air bag light turned on we found out that not only had it been in a very damaging car accident but that the $2,000 warranty we purchased would not cover the damages from the previous accident of which will cost us at least $2,000 to fix and that is not including other potential damages that are still unknown to us at this point. That same visit to a real mechanic we also found out it is not a touring elite model, it is a basic touring model a cost difference of approximately $2,000. After finding out this terrible news we contacted Motor Cars USA. We were told for 9 months that they were deadly sorry for their mistakes and to make up for it would exchange the van for another one, an elite model with approximately the same mileage we had occurred on the damaged van they had sold to us. I called them almost every week and was reassured this everytime I called. They FINALLY found the "right" van. It was quite apparent as soon as we arrived to "exchange" vans that we had been lied to over and over again from day one. They are not men of their word. They are dishonest and only look out for their best interest. The boss, Tony, completely admits to their wrong of selling us a van they in reality they had not inspected and was not even aware of the model differences even though it should be their business to know. I hate used car dealerships. We thought we had found one we could trust but obviously we were wrong. Please, don'te make the same mistake as we did. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM motor cars usa.

Great car buying  experience its always a pleasure to deal with Honest people
Found a really nice  BMW X3 online at Motor Cars USA I live Almost 400 miles away from the car  but decided to take a chance on buying it over the phone The car was exactly the car that was described to me  there were No Hidden Issues or Problems and the deal went Very Smooth
Thank You  Altin and Sef for selling me this BMW no problems driving it back home really a nice ride for a good price
