I had the pleasure of getting a ride to and from my medical appointment today. Your driver; Donnie called me prior to pick up and got me to my appointment on time followed up with a timely pick up & got me home. He was timely and professional. Had the pleasure of meeting up with one of your drivers in vehicle 1729 this morning. Instead of allowing the normal merging of 35 and 36 traffic at exit 117 on the parkway he decided to shove me off the shoulder flip me the bird and then slam on his brakes to intentionally try to get me to hit him in the rear. I'm sure this is not the type of driver you want working for your company and I don't think I will ever use your company in the future if needed.

Icare has this driver named michael. He has road rage. very unprofessional i can not believe this transportation company would hire someone like him. to help the elderly. when i called to complain about this man the manager would not even speak with me. make sure this company is at this location. i decided to visit this office and had a very hard time finding it. ICare is not at the address 348 rt 9.
