I cannot  say enough about how fantastic Dawn is.  We often have to rent a truck for large local deliveries, she is friendly, professional and ALWAYS goes out of her way to help us when we need it.  She is our go to rental facility.  Won't use anyone else.

Reserved a uhaul to move a storage unit from manalapan to matawan. It was suppose to be a 20’ truck. Of course when I arrived they only had a 17’. The lady said don’t worry it’s 10 dollars cheaper. I said if a 17’ truck would have worked I would have reserved a 17’ to start. Because the truck was 3ft smaller we had to make two trips and ended up paying for double the mileage. And at 2.00 a mile the cost me over 150 for the day just go from manalapan to matawan.  HorrIble. If your stuck using Uhaul make sure the truck is there before you go pick up. Also the truck had 140,000 miles on it.

This place over delivered.  We started with 4 u pods, ended with 6.   The staff there was great.  Dawn took care of us ever step of the way over multiple day... Made sure pods were ready every time... Loaded and unloaded quickly, they didn't miss a beat.  

My wife had an issue with the pricing I agreed to and without any back and forth they adjusted the price....

This location has great customer service
