Can’t give enough spectacular compliments to Liz & Tim! They have made every special occasion even more memorable with the delicious & decadent treats! She’s the finest cake designer we have in NOCO! She created a rose cardamon cake with hand painted pearl rose flowers. A fabulous tribute to my fav paintings. The cake was mouth watering and I couldn’t eat enough of it!!!

I love II”D Clair chocolate Eclairs, however I can’t find them for sale anymore. I very much want to purchase these Eclairs!  Please get these back at Mugs Coffee in Fort Collins. Pronto!

I d'Eclair Pastry is amazing!! We used them for our wedding cupcakes and were so impressed! All of the cupcakes we tasted were incredible. We requested some unique flavors and Elizabeth did not hesitate getting creative with us. We ended up getting chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes, red velvet cupcakes, and salted caramel cupcakes, plus a beautiful cutting cake. SOO GOOD!! They took care of delivery and set up of everything for us so seamlessly which we were very grateful for. Everything looked great, tasted amazing, and Elizabeth was so easy to work with! I would highly recommend them for any of your dessert needs.

What a special place my daughter found when looking for a cake that we had at our wedding 22 years ago.  Nobody knew or would even attempt to make an Italian Cream Cake around Fort Collins except Elizabeth.  She said she would try and it turned out great.  I also know she makes a Peanut Butter Blonde PB Blonde sold at Dutch brothers which is pretty amazing.  I have a feeling Elizabeth at I d Eclair makes and number of items that taste a little like heaven.  Cant wait until the next time!

We just sampled Elizabeth’s Cocomoa.  It’s what a macaroon aspires to be when it dies and becomes a vegan, gluten-free angel.   I D’Eclair’s attention to selection and quality of ingredients makes quite an impact.  Her chocolate, for example, is the best I’ve ever had.  Her choices of sweet potato and nuts are spot on. This confection is sweet enough to satisfy without screaming for a dentist.  Texture is the name of the game to pair with a cup of tea and someone you love.

We have always been very pleased with the service and pastries! When the pandemic is over we will start having big gatherings with I d' eclair goodies for our guests again!

It’s a shame that there isn’t a formal tearoom in an elegant landmark like Julian’s in Ft. Collins. Your baking skills could then get the leisurely attention and appreciation it deserves from the greater public.

One of, if not possibly, the best food I’ve ever tasted in my entire lifetime. Great customer service and fresh pastries that are easy to keep fresh!

The strawberry rhubarb "poptart" pastry is to die for! It's super buttery and flaky, I highly recommend I d' Éclair Pastry!
