I received Steven as a recommendation through my realtor following the purchase of my first home. At first the job was a simple laminate laying but turned in to much more. A job that was supposed to take three days took two weeks. Some of that was due to Steven lacking punctuality but a majority was because one thing kept coming up after another. Steven’s guidance in relation to choices within the home for style and cost were much appreciated. I did find a few baseboards that were missed with paint and some questionable corners but overall Steven was well worth the money paid.

He started our tile work on November 6th, told us it would be done in a week and it took him a lot longer. He finished on November 26th. This being said, he did finish and addressed all our concerns. His original bid was honored. His communication wasn’t he best at times, but he did communicate well his comings and goings to the job site. Overall, he took his time to make sure the job was done properly, but he underestimated his completion time.

This "company" aka Steven Puebla is a liar and a thief. Takes a deposit and doesn't do any work. Do not trust him, do not give him money. He will steal your money.

They are Steve Miller fans. They will take your money and run. They actually escaped Corpus Christi, TX after taking thousands from an 85 year old lady that just lost her husband. The are now in Arizona. The completed about 45% of the work and never came back. They even hung up on my neighbor when she called them about it. Steven P. is the person responsible.

I hired this company April 16th 2016 I was advised he would lay the tile one day and grout the next . That the project would take no more than three days. It has been 7. I have sent numerous text messages and have place phone all. No communication. As it stand the job has yet to be completed. Furthermore. I paid an extra $150 above the quoted contract amount in order to accommodate for the uneven subfloor. Then I was told I need to buy additional mortar. I asked him to provide a receipt of supplies he purchase and he simply provided a screen shot of an online shopping cart from Homedepo with items in it. Not a receipt of purchase. He was not once on time and routinely stated he would be at my home only never to show up. Being in the construction field myself I understand the nature of the business. However, to leave a customer without communication is uncalled for. For a breach of contract the customer should be refunded a portion of the fees paid (1/2 because only half was completed $325) due to the need to complete the project elsewhere. This floor was being installed to allow a disabled Veteran in a wheelchair safe passage into the lower level of his home. At this point the room has been left ½ done and the veteran’s family is out $650. Contractor vacated job. Leaving the lower level in an unlivable state. No communication. A report is filed with the BB. A disability attorney may be contacted due to the nature of this company taking advantage of the disabled and any all applicable action will be taken, should the company not issue a refund for monies paid on a contract/job NOT done.
