What makes a business rise above the rest in my opinion is having everything go exactly as you were told it would go and never having to look back or return to a place to resolve any problems. This is what I experienced with A Zone Auto Glass. I needed my windows tinted on my new/used car and because of the great reviews that were on Google regarding this establishment, I took a chance and made the call. They were super friendly on the phone, which was awesome because I called 2 other places first and felt as though I was inconveniencing them by inquiring about pricing and procedures. Joe quoted me a very reasonable price and was able to schedule my appointment for the very next day. Because I had no one to pick me up at the time of my appointment, I needed to wait the couple of hours on-site as the work was being completed. I was immediately offered a spot on the comfy couch in their office complete with a space heater on a cold morning along with full control of the TV. I was made to feel totally welcome and to be honest, a bit pampered. 😁 I felt like my options were thoroughly explained to me and I had a clear idea of what I was entering into.  Both men present seemed very knowledgeable and right off the bat I had the utmost confidence in their abilities. They did an absolutely beautiful and flawless job on the tint and everything dried exactly the way Joe said it would. It changed my car's entire look and when the scorching hot summer comes around, it will decrease the temperature inside the car exponentially. A Zone Auto Glass has a customer for life in my husband and I, and in our company as well since we are small business owners. This experience was truly a breath of fresh air in this day and age when customer service and pride in ownership over one's work seems to be so very lacking. Thank you for everything, we are completely satisfied customers!

Great people to work with. Joe, the owner, was very helpful and knows car Windows! He got the parts ordered and installed them on our time. My Honda is happy again. I will bring my other cars to him for work. Honest people with great prices!  It is very hard to find good people to trust!

Was very impressed what they did to my vehicle. All around great service and great people. Will be going back when I need detailing. Appreciate the hard work and effort

Called around on pricing. In doing so I picked the one that was not only great pricing. Had another that said he'd price match and one that wanted me to bring it to his house. I chose this shop because he talked to me like a real person. He just seemed genuine on the phone. And I'm really glad I did. It was a great experience. Joe is a fun guy. My car looks great. It's guaranteed and I saved some money compared to the bigger corporate shops. I really like finding places like this that are locally owned and take pride in their work and appreciate their customers business. I'll definitely refer my friends here. In fact I ran into an old friend while I was here. Great work great price. What more can you ask for.
