I love my IBC branch! They've always been really good to me. They have always treated me with respect, and have always gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy banking there. The people are polite and although at times they seem understaffed, I've never had to wait very long. I've banked at 5 different banks in my time, but IBC has been the best so far.

I have been a customer and an employee for IBC bank and in both matters i had an awful experience. as a customer my calls were never answered and my calls were never returned when they told me they would. As an employee it was 10x worse. they set up their tellers and personal bankers for failure and say help is only a call away but even as an employee my calls were never answered or returned. They have hidden fees on all of their accounts that customers are never told about and are constantly taking customers money. i felt terrible always telling people there was nothing i could do because they give their employees no power to correct any errors. i strongly urge people not to do business with IBC Bank. Nor do i encourage anyone to work there. There is a reason they are always hiring. its because turn over happens weekly. partially because their management is terrible partially because their branches are robbed weekly. please heed my warning. STAY AWAY FROM IBC BANK.

If you want to bank where one teller has 2 inch lime green fingernails and the other has a prominent boob tattoo showing..where takeout food and drinks are hanging out on the teller station counter......where there exists only 1 temporary check in the entire bank that is unfortunately misprinted while you wait and therefore unissuable....and where the bank manager Victor looks at you like you are conversing in Swahili while you communicate your concerns...this ranch of IBC ISDOR YOU.
