Where to start? There's always something with this bank. From getting your info compromised, to getting hacked, to not getting your check, you can count on IBC to screw you over in some fashion. It sure seems that unless you're a big business man or looking for a loan, they won't respect you at all. Went in to cash a check, and found out my account had been compromised. I left after dealing with them for almost 30 minutes to close the account, as the guy I was working with was taking his sweet time and seemed to be taking calls. On one call he explained to someone he was talking to that he has the time because "he wasn't dealing with any customers right now" ... was he joking?! If so, it wasn't very funny. TIME is MONEY. He clearly took his sweet time on that call as I became late for work. I didn't even get my check cashed. They had to "refund it" after cashing it.

This bank sucks!! Should not be open!! Too slow. Customer service sucks!! Why are they in business?? Wow!! Drive thru ??? For what?? I think the man went to go finish his lunch or something! They should close this branch! If I could rate zero I would!!

My first time walking into this bank, i stood at the counter for 10 min and NO one helped me. I turned around and walked out, as they really did not want my business. I called the bank after I left, and asked to speak with a manager, and guess what .... could not get one. Of course this would be the same experience on a phone call as it was in person. I asked for the contact information for the branch management team so I could share my experiences at the branch. I was only given an address and names with no spelling. I don't expect anything other than what I get at my current bank. This experience was the worst one i have ever had at a bank, to be honest I truly feel IBC is not a good place to do business with based on my own experience and the other reviews listed on the web. If this experience was any indication of the way the bank is run, they are in trouble. To be honest one person wont change the atrocities that are happening at IBC, and no one at IBC cares.

We use this branch -- the corporate offices -- for all our large transactions. We also keep our IRA stuff here, as well as 401(K) accounts.
