Still owes us thousands of dollars!!  Poor business practices including voiding their own contract terms.  iCare doesn't follow through with their guaranteed payment promise on delinquent accounts.  Our business jumped through every hoop they make you go through just to get the guaranteed monthly payments and they still did not come through on their end.  Shouldn't have a delinquent payment guarantee if you're not gonna follow through on it.  I would not recommend any business signing up with iCare if you ever want to see the money that you are promised...iCare...pfft...i"don't"Care is more like it.

Update: Contacted BBB and filed a complaint.  We were contacted by iCare after filing the complaint.  They have agreed to pay us what is due.  I will update review when payment is received.

Great financing solution provided by vet.   I was able to provide my dog the care he needed with no hassles.  Recommend it highly.

Icare has not paid out on multiple accounts that they were collecting payments on for our company. Do not use this company under any cercumstances. Communication was terrible and most likely many other businesses are having the same issue with them!

I paid my last payment two years ago and I still have them harrasing me for the last payment. It was auto debit and they said they never received it. Funny since I never occurred a bounce fee or return fee from bank. When I tried explaining this to Mr.Roy, he got belligerent and said I was a looser with out a job and couldn't take care of my responsibilities. Very unprofessional. I hope they record your lines. Going to call your Human resources.  Then my lawyer.

We have been using iCare for over 3 years and has been a great option for us. The few times I called into customer service, they were great to deal with and solved my issues on the spot.
