I am not a fan of banks so any review I write of Bank of America would be subject to the negative feelings I have for the federally insured banking system in general. My visit was painless and quick at 5am while depositing my check in the ATM. I did not get robbed or kidnapped either which is a bonus.

After several years as a loyal customer. I was informed that the cost of my safe deposit box was no longer included as part of my mortgage.  Another reason to shop for new and better banking services.

Worse group of people I have ever come in contact with in the banking business.  Girl standing at a podium "working the lobby" ask why I wanted to see a customer service person.  Told her the story and she said have a seat for someone.  I said, I have to start over, you are not a customer service person.  She said, I am but I'm working the "empty" lobby right now, you will have to tell your story again when someone is 
available.  I stood while she stood doing nothing until finally I left.

This is quite possibly the only BofA I've had good coustomer service at. I visit this location pretty frequently for work. Something's the line is long, but it usually moves quite quickly! I love Sherah and Nancy!! They are super sweet, always accurate and never rush me. If you need to come inside for your banking needs I definitely suggest this location over others.

teller at lunch time. And of course no one else can help. They all just stand there and look at you. But Hey! They smile while they suck at their job. Why have 2 greeters and 1 teller?
