My BF and I would order from here anytime we wanted Hibachi and it was always great. The last time we ordered, the food had no taste, very bland. We called to complain and the manger said there was nothing they could do. Didn't offer a refund or anything. I had to push just to get a replacement meal. We're never eating there again. Any other restaurant would have bent over backwards to make sure their customers were happy, not here. Don't waist your time.

I ate here a couple years back and it was delicious. Talked it up to a friend a couple weeks ago told her how good it was. We got the 5$ lunch special got the teriyaki shrimp. My shrimp tasted disgusting like it Wasnt cleaned properly. Rice was like card board. Vegetables had a sweaty meaty taste to my friend who is a vegetarian and to me as well. I guess you either win or lose with this place.

This is one of our favorite restaurants to order delivery from, until today. Although I can’t control when my daughter (who is 1) has an occasional melt down, while trying to get my debit card info.. I was yelled at “CAN YOU HURRY, I HAVE A CUSTOMER WAITING.”
Then I just said forget it and I would pay cash when it arrives.
Then she replied, “BYE!”

Little things like customer service mean a lot to me, as I too work in customer service.

Always good food, lots of veggies in my hibachi chicken, not greasy ,  feel healthier after I ate the food.
