I brought in my desk computer box and Monica fixed and upgraded the box better than new and even called later to ensure all was good. Excellent service and at a reasonable price. Mike

I brought in my laptop which would not boot due to stopping on stage 3 or 3 of the Windows update and needed it back right away as that is the machine I use for my business. Lenny greeted me very friendly and said Monica would look at it as soon as she came back. A couple hours later I got a call from Monica that she fixed the problem. I was able to get back to work that afternoon. My experience was very fast, friendly, and professional service.

I brought my laptop here to figure out why the wireless would not work at my house but at other places. The female that worked there began to look at it. She began scrolling over my icons and AS IF I was an idiot, was slightly hitting the mousepad to "check" the icons. She stated that when she scrolled over the icons and they have a "check" mark by them, that means there is a virus. She walked out to get change a bit later and I did the "same" thing (just scrolling over) and there were no check boxes. She also said she was going to "reset" my wireless. She stated that "it will only work for a short time" but that I needed to get the viruses off. She opened up Internet Explorer, which I never use. She stated that since I had the ASK Toolbar, I had viruses. I explained that I never used IE...I haven't used it in over 3 years. She then stated that she could tell me nothing more until I paid. She stated that if I dropped my computer off it would take about 3 days to run the scan and get rid of the viruses. I stated that I would have to bring it by on Friday (when I had a full weekend to drop it off) and she stated that if I did that she would charge me another 25.00 and then the 79.00 and whatever else for the virus scan. She was holding out her hand toward me to hand her money. I handed her a one hundred dollar bill because I honestly did not trust her with my card. She did not have change and had to go somewhere next door to find it. Her coworker came in and asked if I needed a receipt. He seemed confused as to why I was charged $25.00 (although that is her assessment fee) she really gave me nothing more than you have a virus (which I didn't by the way...). So, then, she had the NERVE to ask me if she could eject my CD player because she had a laptop just like mine in back and wanted to see what kind it was. She took out the CD player, took down the serial number and then put it back. Talk about only getting what you want. It was just poor service and poor quality. I fixed the computer myself, had a thorough virus scan run on the computer, and it was a setting that had been changed with my router that ended up being the problem. I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone. I went for convenience when I went here, as it is close to my home, but I wish I would have looked for reviews to see that it has NONE. This was just a very poor, poor place. She tried (and did) scam me out of my money, thank goodness only $25.00...but still more than I should have paid.
