I actually really like the meals. I first purchased several from ...destination in Dallas. I was satisfied so I ordered a weeks (5days) worth of meals and their protein popcorn. I received my order on time nicely packaged. One thing I noticed was the various expiration dates on the meal packages, and of course the food was frozen. The frozen food isn’t a big deal to me, come on, when you compete the sacrifices you make with food is way behind frozen food. Popcorn, yes, full of sugar, but having sugar is all about timing, so I don’t mind that I can only eat the popcorn directly before or directly after my workout. Buuuutttt, I didn’t like that some of the food expires 2 days, some 3 and 4 days after arrival. I think the expiration dates should be consistent and they should be AT LEAST 5 days out, especially if the goal is to purchase food for the week. I would also like to avoid re-freezing them. When I purchased them from ...destination, they expired 5 days out, so I was expecting the same thing with my delivery order. I honestly don’t think they read these reviews, because they haven’t offered anyone feedback on their reviews, but just to let consumers know. Don’t have extremely high expectations.

I love the food here!  I just had surf and turf for lunch.  I'm so happy my trainer told me about this place.  The prices are great too!  The  protien cheesecake! (only once and a while though 😳).  Try it you won't regret it...not frozen either like other places 🤢

My wife and I ordered 12 of their meals (wanted to try them out). They overnighted to College Station, TX which isn't that far from their location in Frisco, TX. The meals were dry, bland, and didn't taste fresh. It's a shame we're throwing away food. I sent their support team an email, but no reply, yet. Maybe we'll get a refund or something, because stuff was over $100, and I'd much rather use that money to buy food at the grocery store. Also, a lot of the meals are very high in fat and carbs, so it's a little tricky to fit them in your macros. I suppose you could do the custom meals, but after this experience, I'd rather eat a grilled chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A than pay $7 for this stuff.

Moldy and discolored meals! Horrible customer service- get ready to be insulted.
I ordered from them quite a bit- food is supposed to last a week and mine didn’t last more than a few days the last time I ordered from them. Their customer service ignored me after the initial email, chats then basically told me it must be my fridge (that is less than a year old..) and totally disregarded all the pics I took and said there’s no way my images are valid cause they have health inspectors and their food is cook fresh. I’m not doubting that, but obviously something went wrong.. again, I sent in pictures! 
I was told my complaint was escalated and guess what? No call or email back. 
By the way, I’m pregnant, had I ate the food and became sick I’m sure they would have paid more attention and not blaimed my fridge.

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED ICON MEALS for promoting "Healthy" Protein Treats, what's so "Healthy" about SUGARS when ICON MEALS has CONSUMERS FOOLED by your PROTEIN POPCORN LINE! I guess this is why you wrote the ingredients around the circle SO SMALL so consumers CAN NOT see all THE SUGARS & HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP you use in your product line! CONSUMERS DON'T BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY READ READ READ THEIR LABELS PURE SUGAR and the MOST UNHEALTHIEST POPCORN EVER! ***NO LIE CHECK OUT THEIR WEBSITE TO SEE FOR YOURSELF***
