Went in to ask for help  looking for a job. And I asked about a certain field that I have a bachelors in and the guy snickered at me. Not impressed. You are supposed to help people not bring them down any lower than they already are.

I have been to this office about four or five times to take people who were searching for jobs since 2015 and each time I observed how rude and poorly folks are talked down to. I personally told a female employee she did not need to speak to people in the manner and tone she was using and she just walked away and refuse to give service to the people of color who were polite and waiting for answers. I took my friend to the Boise office, my friend was treated with respect and kindness, they helped him and he is now working! I don't understand why some employees there are so wicked, it shows in the service they provide.

I went in today to just apply for a couple of jobs when I had a question the female employee was very rude demeaning and unprofessional.  She went into great detail about all the things that was wrong with my resume and demanded that I start from scratch even handing me random resume templates mind you her rant had nothing to do with my question  she became very hostile when I told her that another employee several weeks before from another office told me my resume was great.take the time to go somewhere else and hopefully they will start at some point training there employees better.

Typical govt experience. Poor effort by inept employees. They manage to fail at virtually all they attempt. But being govt, they have no competition and can get away with it without repercussions.
