Nice enough area to walk or bike around. The falls are pretty and there are some unusual sculptures and pieces of artwork that are fun to check out. People aren't very friendly though and don't seem to know how to smile back or acknowledge a greeting. Left me with a bad feeling for Idaho Falls in general, which is a shame, because the area is nice, with lots of spectacular places to explore close by.

8/15/17 This is some of the most beautiful scenery in the city of Idaho Falls. It is so beautiful that many of the areas top amateur or professional photographers families and models here to take photo's. The snake river is the center of attention and the star of the show. It is hard to describe the beauty and splendor which is the snake river. The gurgling and babbling water adds to the serenity. It is in the center of some of the most beautiful flora and fauna. There is a bike or walking path with gorgeous friendship gardens. Along the walk there are several historic markers and statues. The Japanese garden near the falls was donated by Idaho Falls sister city in Japan. Here is where you will see the fireworks every year on the 4th of July. They are some of the most fantastic fireworks. It truly is a must see event. It seems like many of the hotels as saw the beauty of this area and are placed along this area.

All season awesome. Plowed in the winter for walking, running, and biking. Bring a stroller, picnic, and sit on one of the many benches. Enjoy the many fun runs and the community highlight s : 4th of July fire work show, Thanksgiving turkey trot, and the summer and fall season farmers market

Such a cool place both summer and winter time. Always tons of people walking their dogs, skateboarding, biking, kayaking. Great place to visit while in the city

Take the relaxing and almost romantic walk along the greenbelt. Learn about the post WWII history of this area, with a German connection. There are charming historic homes nearby. We enjoyed visiting your city!
