Doesn't return calls. Claims my bill just doesn't want to open. Sends me to credit who can't take my call right now. Tried for a month to set up a payment plan, made a 40% payment, next day they turn off the power. I repeated the same thing several times only to have them repeat incorrect information. Incompetent and ignorant and I have the recorded conversation to prove it!!!! They tell me everything is handled in one place, sewer, water, garbage, electric..but when there is a billing issue they want you to call 20 different places. When I tried to originally turn on utilities...the girl put the order in multiple times then kept wondering why the order wouldn't go through. After 45 min...I said you have all you need, I'm not sitting here any longer. Then a coworker came over and told her she put it in several times and now needs to delete the multiple orders....and that's what your working with.

They shut off my power for no reason at all. I was definitely paid up well before the due date and I woke up and the power was off. I called them to figure out what was wrong and the lady I talked to pulled out the wrong file and put me on hold. She couldn't figure out what was wrong and they are going to send someone to turn on my power that should have never been shut off. It just shows that city workers are a joke and they will obviously hire anyone.

Usually take care of everything online, and thats always been fine. Calling in has cost me more from missed work hours than a monthly bill. On wait for the third time today, and 6th time this week. Wait times have been from 20+ minutes, to 5 minutes. This time, I have been waiting "5 minutes" for about 25 minutes. When my call was answered, I was treated like an idiot while needing something simple and easily accessible by the clerk. I wish I had other options for utilities. Unfortunately this review will do nothing more than substantiate others complaints, and not fix anything or deter future customers.

worst customer service ever, rude and hung up they also only send you 1 bill after you move and just magically never send a follow up if you don't receive it
