This place is a joke. My wife is trying to get her name changed on her Social Security card. She waited in line forever, filled out the forms, and the person working put in Idaho Falls address instead of Shelley for the mailing address. So we haven't got her card even though the info has been changed in the system. So she is on the phone for over an hour trying to get her card, and they finally tell her to just come into the office. So she waits in line again, and apparently they can't even talk to her about her social security number because she has no ID that matches the name on the # because we haven't got her drivers license updated yet. If this place was a business they'd be shut down for how incompetent they are...

This office has some of the WORST gov employees I have EVER seen. Be prepared to grovel when you go in. Rude, belligerent, power tripping, woman's commie corps. They stole my kids money from my ex when she complained about it so they can satisfy their lust for control. They are not there to help anyone. Amazing. They are all the worst mormons ever and will rot in hellfire.

Not sure why their hours are right when the majority of people are either working or racing to get off of work? 9 am to 4 pm is seriously incomvient. Even banks have better hours!

Friendly but thorough security officer, however I waited a whole hour in line (sitting, thankfully) only to hear that I needed an extra document (that was not listed anywhere I could read online, it was specific to my situation). Would have been nice to have been able to talk to someone really fast upon entering, who could check that all my information was in order, like they did at the DMV in my previous hometown. Would have saved me, the other people waiting, and the person who helped me, a lot of time. They also need more staff over there.

The security guard should get a raise. He gave me helpful advice about the office that I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to avoid if he wasn't there!
