Pretty good facility. Has a musty smell but it doesn't smell bad. I've heard of some people blaming their caughs on the environment so that may be something to consider depending on who you are. It is kept pretty clean considering all the people that go through it. Plenty of seating. And there is a nice concessions court at the entrance.

Such a fun place! The people were kind and the setting was perfect.

Staff is wonderful. Helped me unload my hay off my trailer!  That never happens elsewhere.  Facility is fantastic.  Great arena footing for horse shows.  However, I was really disappointed that the concession stand closed so early, 5pm the day I was there.  Must not realize they are serving the horse show crowd.  Make sure you bring a stash of food if you will be there late.
