Excellent customer service. They secure the lot regularly and contacted me to tell me my lock was not secured. Also, last winter they shoveled the roofs to prevent damage from flooding and excessive rooftop weight. Most storag facilities did not do this. They just add a personal touch as though your stuff is their stuff. Much appreciated!

Great place to stored your motor homes, travel trailers, or vehicles. They have storage units too. Camera's monitor streets within park, not actual spaces. Residence management very friendly and helpful.

I needed a place to store my 27' RV and every place I called was overbooked and had a waiting list. We have recently had a record snowfall and there is a real issue with snow removal here. I called the Idaho Storage Connection on Karcher and they not only made sure to accommodate me, they even helped me with a couple hours worth of shoveling! Great people, great prices, could not possibly be happier with them. Thank you!

I was first impressed with the site due to it's appearance. Very well maintained and clean. Security in place is comforting. Managers live on the site and they are extremely nice and accommodating.
