i had a great experience with park place, everything was done over email i looked at the apartment by myself, moved in & all without having to show up to park place office once. it was amazing for someone who works same business hours as they do. (Brassy Cove apartments)

Fire alarm in vacant upstairs apartment has been going off for 5 days and the apartment manager has had multiple complaints about it and been rude when notified of the issue. Lived here for almost a year and had no issues but this is ridiculous when my family cant sleep and my child has to sleep in my bed because hes scared of the noise. Very unhappy. Very disappointed.

They never answer the phone and take weeks to get back to you (only if you call and email every day). They take over a month to fix any thing, and then half ass it when they do fix it. They dont care if you have 5 kids when the AC and Water heater go out. I want RPM back they were amazing they answered every call and fixed all issues in less than a week the right way.

I have had a very bad start from the first beginning!! I won't t talk about a color card today, just straight bad personal business and lies ! We just can't seem to get things all straight and taken care of .You had a broken water system, everything here dried and dead,fixed that.Now we are to pay to get all these dead bushes and over grown trees some dead bushes cut .Getting grass cut I don't mind ,but taking care of all your property over growth dead bushes and things that stick in your feet when you walk out side They are so wrong.In all my 70 year's I have never seen Property managers you can only half email , with half a understanding.It's so easy to sit behind a desk and make judgement's , what about a little hand's on.I wonder if anyone know's how much money it would take property that has be sitting for only GOD knows how long???and make it whole again.Yes it's starting to have green grass but what about all the over growth before I moved here.These people need to send their lil trucks around and keep check. That cost MONEY right??????SAD

Awful!! They make you wait weeks for a response and pay obscene amounts for application fees just to deny you and take your money!!!
