High price on every single product. Compare to toys r us or other shops. The manager of this shop has zero business acumen. They sold me a display crib that I was ok to take as is because I had a truck. But they insisted in tear it down. So I come the next day and it couldn’t fit in the car. The guy tell me it $40 to deliver! I insisted to have it offered but he refused! While the day before I had a truck! Stubborn !
I refused by principle and got my money back. 10min online and find it new for $80 cheaper at toys r us and delivered. Don’t waste you time there.

If you don't mind the employees runs after you when you leave the store to check your bags even if you have paid for all your items. The product s are good.

Horrible experience. Went in to buy a car seat , was not in stock at the moment. Was told originally it would take 3-4 weeks to come in- I told them never mind because that would be too close to my due date. The sales lady speaks to the manager and they tell me they can have it in two weeks- i agreed and paid the full price.

Call today- it's been more than two weeks haven't heard back from them. Now they are telling me it will take an additional two weeks.

Is this ridiculous or what. Absolutely no shame. These people will lie to you just to get a sale. Now I'm stuck waiting.. & possibly having to buy another car seat if I go into labor before it comes.

First and last time buying from this place.

Very Happy with Ideal Baby. Last time we were there Ivania tended to us and Roberto as well towards the end. They were very patient and honest as we looked at different baby furniture and compared prices. They offer good quality at good price. Friendly and polite. I would recommend.

Fantastic place to find good quality and durable clothing, furniture and gear for the little ones!!! Reasonable prices. Good deals! If you have a little one on the way this is the place for your baby registry. Awesome customer service. Friendly staff.
