I ordered an item online to be picked up at this store, however I never picked it up. Upon checking my account I realized that they never put the money back. I called Macy’s customer service and they told me that the item was picked up. By who I asked, they wasn’t able to give me that information said I had to call the store. I called the store and no one answered me that was Friday. I called again, the rep called the store for me, I spoke to the manager and she said that she was going to investigate and call me right back. Haven’t heard from her since. I called back Macy’s customer service and they tried calling the store again and no one answered. So they have been giving me the run around over the phone and I will be visting the store to get to the bottom of this. Because someone at the store signed impersonating me and that’s a serious crime.

Favorite Macy’s location! Especially the Dior counter where I’m usually helped by Mirtha ( she’s amazing!) But all the ladies in that counter are knowledgeable and helpful as well. I’ve been going there for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience.

No cellphone reception and WiFi signal is available but no internet connection. Garbage, held Macy’s at a higher standard. Wanted to price match with an item online but couldn’t.

Was at the cash register paying when the Customer Service named Alexandra just answered her phone and kept complaining about her work. Very unprofessional and didn’t even bother to put her phone away. Lack of customer service!!!
