If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Please BEWARE- they won't tell you upfront that your insurance is out of their network even after you call a week before the appointment to get it verified. They'll then send you a massive bill with absolutely NO details for the charges- literally, it's a completely blank bill just with a huge dollar amount telling you what you owe. Even when you call the office to request the breakdown, they don't email it or mail it like you ask. I keep receiving a bill in the mail with no explanation. I even asked to speak to an office manager and I'm pretty sure they paid a 15 year old to make the call and leave a random message. My insurance verified that they were contacted and told the rep that my insurance was out of network with the name of the rep and the date and time but that information was never relayed to me. I find this extremely unprofessional and truly question the ethics of a company that conducts business this way- beyond disappointing to say the least. I'll add that while at the office I had to wait for over an hour for my scheduled appointment. They were in such a hurry to charge me as much as they could that they barely actually did the teeth cleaning part which was the primary reason for the visit. I encourage you to find a more reputable dentist office, one that actually cares about the customer, and not just raking you over the coals to get money.

This office is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Bryan Nguyen was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I really like this office .

This office is awesome! I came in to the office the office staff was so welcoming and they took good care of me. Dr.Nguyen he is amazing he explained why I needed every single procedure. And took care of me. Thank you ideal dental!
