I have had nothing but problems with this place since my son and I started going several years ago. The first incident was having to come in for different times for the Dennis to correct a mistake on my cavity filling. This morning I got a call 30 minutes before my appointment saying the Dennis that we normally see is no longer there and they can’t change that on my insurance on a Saturday. I have had this appointment for over a month and they should have been taken care of before they decided to cancel on me 30 minutes before my appointment. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I cannot believe how unprofessional they are and do not care about their customers.

I went back to Sage last week and was treated by a different Hygienist who did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. The Hygienist explained each step and was very pleasant and caring. I have changed my review and I am happy that this matter is resolved as I had researched the company before I initially chose them and my original decision has been proven correct.

They are super friend and accommodating. I felt very comfortable for my first visit and they are very informative about what their plan will be. I would definitely recommend!

EDITED; The entire point of scheduling an appointment is to be seen then and there so we can both see new people. Sage dental has no respect for your time, my appointment time was at 10am. It's currently 10:36 and I have yet to be seen. I have a job that I have an allotted time to be gone. Worse service ever. Will not be returning. Receptionists are rude. Floor is dirty, this is a dental office. Straighten up for the sake of your customers. I spent from 10am-1220pm for a rountine cleaning. So displeased.

Great facility! The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Dr. Davis is AWESOME! I will highly recommend this dental practice to all of my family and friends.
