Ideal image is top notch. Professional and very knowledgeable staff. All very friendly the consultation is very informative and detailed. It makes you want to get started right away. My first treatment was the same day and  nothing like I expected it was better and i totally recommend it. My lady made sure to get her coworker when she had doubts about the skin tone laser she should use to make sure they would be on the same page and that alone talks highly  about customer satisfaction. Why guess or pretend to know when you can make sure and do things right the first time? :) I loved it and i look forward to the rest of my sessions. My skin already felt different today and its only going to get better!

I was so excited to gain more knowledge & to begin treatment at ideal image just until I went to the Braintree office. My original appointment was at the Burlington location but I called over to the Braintree office to see if they had a sooner opening (huge mistake). My appointment was at 1pm, I arrived before 1 knowing there would be paperwork. I was greeted nicely by the front desk staff & was instructed to fill out some medical history information, shortly after I returned the paperwork to the front desk & waited to be seen at 1. & this is where it all went down hill. I was looking forward to this 45-1hour consultation to discuss all the target areas I was interested in getting treated. It's now 1:22 & Jenny, the consultant called me in to begin my "consultation". She breifly started to discuss the cool sculpting process, showed me some before & after photo & went to go get the NP. Once the nurse came she did do her necessary exam & came to the conclusion that I was a great candidate for this kind of treatment. Jenny then proceed to put the treatment into the computer to begin to start talking numbers. She quickly goes over the cost of the one round or two, she does mention that the offer financing. & then it was all over at 1:37. Over all I would NEVER do business here because I felt my consultation was rushed, the consultant made it seem as if I couldn't afford the treatment just based off my looks (even thought I was ready to being). I am actually a consultant as well; at Aspen Dental so I know exactly how this should of been handled but unfortunately it wasn't.

Pretty much laser hair removal that is thousands of dollars and they tell you  that it is permanent until your last visit then they tell you you have to visit once a year for $50 visit to keep up with it. I thought that was fine since they told me there are many ideal images in Florida (but closest one to me is now 3 hours away) and they close your credit account with them on you (which is not a normal credit card procedure).  Now looking at new places since hair has obviously grown back over the year and most are about 1/5 the cost and  have better reviews.

Honestly I'm being very nice by giving them 2 stars! That's only because the receptionists there are nice. Please please please do not waste your money! COOL SCULPTING DOES NOT WORK!!!! The amount of money I sent on those damn sessions I would have been better off getting liposuction! The customer service sucks! They offered me a free session and that still didn't work. Please do yourself a favor and not do it save your money! Also read and reread the contract they make you sign!!!!

I just started with the laser hair removal, so I can't review how the results are as of yet, since this takes several sessions. Although, my own major complaint would be the lack of appointments. I have to wait over a month just to get an appointment for my two areas I just added. They of course told me this after I paid thousands, so I had no choice but to wait until the next available appointment. Not only do I have to wait a month, but I have to take off work, to work around their schedule. My suggestion to ideal- either hire more NP's or stop taking on some many clients. If I had to do it all over again, I probably wouldn't because the lack of appointments.
