Extremely happy with all services received from Ideal Image especially the laser hair removal results and I've only had 2 tx. Friendly staff that makes you feel very comfortable.

I had treatment over the course of 2 years on my face. I paid for atleast 2 areas. I had 2 additional treatments after my original treatmant plan because the hair was still growing back. The hair on my face wasnt very coarse at all, in fact most of it was fine hair since the start of treatment. They advised the hair was treatable in the begininng. It wasnt until my very last visit that i was told that if it continues to grow back,the hair isnt treatable. I questioned that because everytime i had a treatment the hair would dissapear, then grow back. 6+ weeks later. Im frupstrated because you wait until my last appointment to pretty much tell me "oh well, we did what we could". NO. NOT ACCEPTABLE. They as a company shouldve known long before that this wasnt working. Instead, they continued with treatment, took my money and moved on. Infact, after my last visit you would think part of the process would be a follow up visit to assess the treatment area to see if the procedure worked..but thats not how they work. You have to call and pretty much say "hey..this is not taken care of" for a follow up visit. The staff is friendly, which is why i gave them 3 stars..other then that their process and treatment is not worth the money. There went $3,000+ dollars down the drain.

I have  had a great experience with Ideal Image, from the beginning the staff made me feel at home and very welcoming. They are very professional and very safe with their lasers.  My results have been great so far and i have not yet completed all of my session. I would highly recommend the company as well as this location!

I had a great experience at this Ideal Image location. I went in for my consultation and the ladies made me feel so comfortable that I ended up having my first session that day. I would and have recommended this location to my friends and family!!!
