Really bad customer service. Employees at this location do not care about their regular members. My appointment was handled very poorly by multiple employees at this location. I had to book an appointment here as the usual location that I go to closed for good. Never booking here again.

The massage therapist are amazing. But the desk people are something else! I cancelled my membership & still got billed. Then called to use my last prepaid (which she said i still have) went to use the last of it & at the end i was told i owe 95$!!! BS! They will try to get as much $ out of you as possible! I will never be going back. This is the second time having a problem!

My wife and I had a great couples massage. Jeremy and Martin did a fantastic job and are very knowledgeable.

Please try to save yourself a lot of headache and go somewhere else. You fill out a cancelation forum and they bill you, so you have to call and are faced with confusion.

they have happy endings but they leave you feeling ashamed.. for that 4 stars.
