Phil owns that wonderful place. I am always greeted by name and all the staff is so helpful.  He gives excellent deals and his loans are higher across the board if you need cash...he never tries to swindle you. I have to say his place is much more competitive thank any other shops around. For specific things like jewelry, computer, TV and all kinds of gaming? He makes walmart look hi-end financially speaking. Always shop here ladt you'll get blown away by the low prices. And all electronics and stuff are super current.

Very rude and unprofessional people. They offer way less than pawn shop value. I called ahead of coming in and they hung up on me. Items in store look like trash. They must keep the good stuff for themselves. Guess they only want to do business with drug addicts. Don't know class when they see it. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. STAY AWAY.

on occasion when i have an emergency and need cash fast and easy and fairly Ideal is the only place to go they have the best rates and most flexible payback plans including refinancing your loan if you could not pay it in time the staff is friendly and know their business if your looking to just sell an item and not have it as a loan you get more money than you do for a loan i have some watches that i dont want to part with but between them and my silver bars i can always get the loan amount i need and know what they will lend me on the items and the purchase price if i chose to sold the (I do not go that route) the staff is great the service is great and they will really do the best for you and you can be in and out in 5-10 minutes. They also have nice Items for sale as well. if you need fast money i highly recommend them, i have taken loans out and i have made purchases from them.  Don't just think of them as a pawn shop, they have a great selection of jewelry, precious metals, electronics, tools and musical instruments.  So even if you do not need a loan but are in the market for about anything you should stop in you will be amazed at what you can buy for a very fair price.

I've never had a bad experience in this place until today.  The guy I usually do business with wasn't in. And I spoke to a women about a loan on my 40 inch flat screen.   Which Is currently selling retail for $300.  She offered me $30.   Are you kidding me? Not all of your customers are on drugs!    Bad for business!!!
