Went to IFA looking for a Weeping Willow tree. They have very well-kept trees, and had a beautiful weeping willow, abt 7 feet, for $35. The staff is knowledgeable. Clean store, roomy. Not over crowded. All IFAs are good for having what you'd expect them to have. This IFA is larger and cleaner than others I've been too. They still had many trees for sale. My kids love IFA because they have baby animals there--bunnies and baby chicks this time.

My family and I love just walking through this store. Friendly staff, and lots of great items. We even have new family members now thanks to the very educated staff helping us pick out the perfect chickens. I can't wait for fresh eggs! ☺🐔

Horrible customer service! I went in to buy some dog food and one of the bags had some red duct tape cover a large rip on the bag so I said that I was willing to buy it but for a discounted price because of that and the Manager Matt said that he was able to do that but could go get another bag. He came with another bag and had said this one has no tears and sure enough when I got home and set the bag on the counter the bottom corner of the bag was taped together with clear packing tape. I called and spoke to another manager on the phone and he said that the dogs don't eat the bag so it's fine. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING EARTHBORN dog food when shopping at IFA
