Started great and went right down hill... Nice lady on Friday showed my girls us the VR goggles and paint programs. Really nice. I thought I would buy an Xbox live gift card for all the fun. Lady forgot to activate card; and then the trouble begins... I went back to store to sort stuff out. Lots of accusations at me. General lack of uncaring and to top it off lady swiped the receipt off my phone and made it all ten times worse. In end I said please just give me my money back...

Seriously this is one of the worse stores I been in my life.. really really poor customer service the employees are playing on the computers and no one even welcomes you to the store or ask you if u need help..

After paying for parking and wondering around until we finally found them. They just sent us home to order online. We went to apple store and got a macbook instead. Microsoft made us feel stupid for putting so much effort into getting to them. Lesson learned we will never go there again.

Helpful employees accept for I came into the store looking for a biometric fingerprint scanner to use on my desktop computer with the thought process of making the device windows me compatible. The agent I worked with was very nice but, in the end gave me bad advice in which i made the purchase of a finger print scanner off the Microsoft store but, it didn't fulfill my intention in the end.

For all the XBOX and Microsoft PC lovers out there. It's really organized and the people and staff that work there are really awesome and nice. They will repair and help your PC issues out. I've trusted then with 4 different devices for the last 2-3 years.
