Awful experience unfortunately not once but twice. Debacker does not know his meds arguing they don't prescribe medication I was clearly on and had the bottle to prove it. Did not want to go back but pain and trouble finding a dr in a new location sent me back. Went in for him to look at my knee. Started talking about some different pain meds and he basically told me that my lower back that disintegrated (which my back specialist couldn't explain why) was because I'm obese, along with my fibromyalgia, chronic headaches/migraines. My seven arm surgeries I guess to were my arm bones are truly to big and had to remove a chunck my sleep disorders and of course without any xray or knowing for sure my knee which has been in horrible pain for months. I felt attacked when I told I personally didn't believe in baractric surgery and he just kept repeating over and over the I was obese. What made it even worse was when I had got on the scale that day I had lost 12 pounds. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone I see lots of doctors and have never been treat like that.

I really like everyone there. My doctor is Debacker and he is really nice, and gives good insight. The office is very friendly.

Twice called in for a precription early in the morning, and never got a call back till the next day when I called my self. Then they wanted me to come in for an appointment rather than giving me a prescription. They lack prompt communication.

I literally walked in and was quickly seen within 5 minutes, before I could even finish the paperwork. Within another 5 minutes or less, I was speaking to the doctor and before I knew it I was leaving. Overall it only took 10-15 minutes at most. I consider that the fastest service I've ever witnessed or experienced at a medical facility. My whole family works in medical care too, so I typically have fast service, despite that IHA still saw me the fastest and set a new record.
