We stayed 3 nights. My first concern is cleanliness and it was clean, so I was satisfied . Very basic on toiletries (just soap) so bring everything else. Free breakfast is also basic but good enough to start our day without having to buy that meal. People were pleasant.

It's not actually an IHG building, they just took over management of the existing buildings. So the buildings are run down, there's raccoons and stray cats all over, and the breakfast is mediocre. Don't eat the eggs, trust me. The beds are nice and the staff takes good care of the rooms. IHG should not have put their name on the army's old, run down hotels though. Also as others have mentioned, the water digress smell and taste terrible. But I've noticed the same from drinking fountains on other parts of the post so I don't blame this on the hotel. It's best if you can, to avoid drinking the water here.

Sister-in-law was visiting and stayed there. Room was pretty decent. She said it was a nice room and had no issues.

Stayed for 2 weeks and had a very large room.. I had no issue and really enjoyed my stay.. Its not home but it was a great place ... I would definitely book again..

Rude, Rude,and Rude customer service. Their laundry room locks at 10pm.. probably because it's a crappy facility and they make too much noise. But I was locked out and required my uniform for the next day. Which by the way I had started at 730pm but due to the dryers being busted...was still drying a single load at 10pm. I call down and after about 15 mins of going back and forth with the front desk woman, she finally said she could open the room in a half hour when someone came. I told her I would call back. I call back and get nothing but attitude. "She already went there and opened it for you." In the nastiest go F yourself tone... I told her she could catch her attitude with someone else, thanked her,and hung up the phone. Walk over to the laundry room. couldn't call me to tell me it was open...no instead you leave a room that's supposed to be locked...with a chair in the door.. if it's not a big deal to have it open like that...why didn't you just open it for me to begin with. This place is garbage. The service is atrocious. Rest Easy LLC will be getting an ear full from me in the morning.
