Stayed here for over two weeks waiting to close on our home. The service was great, everyone was super friendly. Our pets were welcomed with no hassle. Cleaning service was also great. Although we hardly needed anything, the house keepers always asked if we needed items. Room was nice, but far from luxury. For the price we paid we were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Words cannot express the over-the-top customer service I received from the front desk representative, Kristin on 8/19/17 @ approx. 10pm. This property is SMOKE-FREE - this is awesome!!! Well-lit and right off the main rd. The room was extremely up-to-date and comfortable. Other than no elevator, 😂😂 I still would stay again. Thank you Kristin for your warm smile and hospitality.

I hope you can tell from the real and fake reviews. My experience is was OK but the front desk clerks the one Stephanie Riley and the morning clerk that drives the Gray Dodge truck that refused to give me her name are both extremely rude. The hotel is must had the completely renovated sign up for five years cause I don't see any recent work. There's also bugs in the room. Furniture is dated and the side doors don't even lock so anyone can walk in. I know calling corporate won't solve anything but everyone needs to know the truth. Otherwise it's a cheap no frills hotel point blank period.

Nice and clean. Excellent staff. Nice and quiet. Breakfast in a bag. They are still remodeling and it's coming out nice. Feel like home.

Stayed here while out-processing Fort Stewart. (If you've PCS'd with a family you understand how chaotic things can be at times.) From check-in to check-out, three days, it was a stress free and wonderful experience. The staff could not be more professional, accommodating, and personable. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. One in the family has a extremely painful disability, the room and accommodations were just right for her. When she's happy, everything is easier. The day I checked in, I was behind schedule and didn't get there until 6 pm. Though I had made my reservation through a travel website, Red Roof Inn (by no fault of their own) had no record of my reservation. The lady at the front desk was understanding and kind. In my opinion, she went above and beyond to help me. I was relieved when she was able to check us in with the same rate I was quoted through the travel site. The room was cleaned daily, we never had to request clean towels or linens because everything was already handled by the staff. The quality of service and accommodations far exceeded any expectations.
