No wait to get seated, which was great. But twenty minutes to be greeted or have orders taken, another 15 minutes for drinks. 10 more minutes for four out of five to be served, five more minutes for the last person to be served and for the table to get forks. Several other tables arrived after us and had left before we were served. It's Sunday afternoon, so my expectations weren't exactly high to begin with, plus I'm a pretty easy-going person, but this was pretty terrible. I don't blame our server. He was either hired ten minutes before we arrived it had just been drafted off the dish pit. Mgmt is going to have to pay better to hire better if somebody like me is leaving unsatisfied.

Great atmosphere! The hostess and waitress was very friendly. The food came as described and tasted Great! Coffee was excellent! Have not been to a IHOP in a long time. Will come back soon

I am not one to complain in the least. But I just left this location and it was quite possibly the worst service I ever received. My party all received our drinks after 25 mins of being there, but one person in our party had to wait another 20 to get her ice water. We were there for 1 hour 20 minutes and never once received an apology. We spoke with the manager, Lynn, and she said they were too busy serving the other party of 30 (which we counted when we left was only 14 people). Lets just say my party was very dissatisfied with this location's service. And did I forget to mention we never got our food.

The food was barely warm. Waiter only visited our table to take our order, drop off our food and bring us the check. We had to flag him down to order a refill which we never got. The best part was the friendly hostess. I recommend skipping this location and heading to the one on New Circle road.

Worst customer service ever. Regina was our "server" 5 of us come in we were there 45 mins and we didn't get all the food we ordered. Only got refills once and didn't even refill everyone drink and left the others without. NEVER checked on us but one time. We asked for another order and she never filled it.. her comment was (oh you really wanted me to put that in??) .. needless to say we won't eat at this ihop again. And if we do we will request for someone else. She definitely doesn't need to be a server. Customer relationships are everything I give her a -10 for effort.
