Kyle provided *excellent* service. Friendly, attentive and considerate.  Positive representative for IHOP and quality service.  Restaurant very clean, food was fresh, order correct and quick to the table. Two thumbs up!

They are short staffed.  Stared to leave when we first got there.  Took a few minutes for them to seat us and they were not busy.  Took our drink order and got it fairly quickly.  When they finally took our food order we sat for over 30 minutes waiting for it.  We got the attention of one of the waitress.  Told them we were about to leave because we hadn't gotten our food. They apologize and rushed to the kitchen and came out with the food.  The order was not correct but we didn't say anything because we were hungry and didn't have time to go anywhere else.  We thought they would offer a discount but they handed us the check and just said sorry again for the delay.  This is the first and probably last time we will visit this location.

This place is amazing best service ever. Came in 8 days before Christmas and an amazing server paid for me and my friends meal entirely and wished us a merry Christmas highly recommend

They're wasn't hardly anyone here. I must have been here during a slow time. But food was good. My server could have been a little more attentive. She was paying more attention to the other female server on duty

I've eaten here a few times. The service has never been horrible. Went tonight (10/28) and omg.. it was dead. Waiter had us and two other tables. But the service was slow not what you would expect for how dead it was plus when we ordered up until the time they brought us our food we were the only ones there! Some lady who wasn't our waiter brought me a refill. I was talking and wasn't paying much attention plus I was drinking tea so I couldn't see through the top of my cup until I took a few sips. I picked my glass up to take another sip and guess what? LIPSTICK on the side of my cup!!!! I don't wear lipstick and you can clearly see on the cup someone else's mouth. Pretty much ruined the rest of my dinner. 😷😷
