Excellent service and great food! 
We went on a Friday night right at dinner time. There was no wait at all. The rolls were hot & fresh. We ordered a large sampler appetizer, quiche Lorraine with green beans, and caramel pie. Everything was wonderful!

I took my youngest son here on a Friday. The service was terrible and we waited 22 minutes after we were finished for our check. I thought that it might be the waiter's first weekend. I went a month later with my family on a Wednesday. Our waitress seemed like she was bothered to wait on us. We did not get refills and may not have gotten our check if the manager had not walked by after we were waiting around 30 minutes. our waitress had re-appeared and completely ignored  us. I had to go to the bar and have them cash our ticket out.

First off, it took absolutely forever too get our food, we waited over 45 minutes from the time we ordered! I ordered a steak and it wasn't horrible, but definitely wasn't good.  It was cooked to my liking, but was very bland and tasteless.  The only thing I really liked was the buttered dinner rolls, they are pretty tasty.  With that being said this would definitely not be my first choice for dinner next time I go out.

We had a good meal. My son had steak and salmon and liked it. I had the new Orleans chicken pasta and it was good. My other kids had chicken tenders and liked them. My wife had steak and liked it.

SLOW, SLOW, SLOW SERVICE!! 
WE WAITED 45 MInutes for food. When you bring 3 year old it seemed like an eternity. 
How long does it take to prepare 1 regular salad,  1/2 salad and a bowl of soup?? If we had ordered  steak, an hour??
Also, they state children under 12 eat free. 
They charged us for the 3 year olds food and we had to ask that his food charges be removed. (I think they hope you won't catch it and pay for the food just the same. I'm sure many distracted parents do pay full price for their children's meal).
The food was ok. But not worth a 45 minute wait. They must not hire bus boys and make their waitstaff bus the tables as we looked at several which stayed needing cleaning for a long while during our meal. 
Also, the place was COLD!!  
You would think it was July 1st instead  of October 1st. They had their a/c
Cranked Full. We froze as we waited forever this meal. 
Don't think you want to go drive through, I am sure you will have a long wait there as well.
My daughter said every time she goes there she hopes the service has improved and, it doesn't!!
We will  be  eating elsewhere  for sure!!
