I had a delicious meal and a good time here at IHOP. I don't get the negative reviews, I had a great time here! The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food came out fresh and quickly. The coffee was delicious and they even left a coffee pot at my table to refill whenever I wanted. Overall very satisfied and I'd come here again.

I was just trying to order a quick drink to go, but the waitress seemed uninterested in helping me. Around 15min later a guy cane and helped me and apologized for the wait. They only had 4 tables in the house at the time. He was courteous once he helped, and quickly got me a drink and me on my way. Just 20min stop for a quick drink. Maybe I will just go to Valero next door next time.

Service is super slow, no one is available to assist people to there seats. Too bad a star less that 1 is not available. Lastly they warn of car break in

I don't recommend this place. Our first experience here wasn't a good one. And though it may not be a consistent thing at this location. But it was enough for us to not want to return to this location.
On a positive note, my meal came out as ordered without complaints.  But my friends experience was terrible and wasn't handled well from the beginning and it wasn't until we talked to the manager than anything was corrected. Bad customer service.

UPDATE: Came here a second time. Was yet again a terrible experience. The waitress we got had a terrible attitude even though we were nice and didn't request anything out of the usual. Then when we asked if we can get our check split, she rolled her eyes and reacted as if she's "tired of our sht" like we did or said something crazy. We took our check to the manager who seemed helpful and this manager actually said sorry. Which was nice. Since the first experience we got attitude from staff and management and no one said anything, not even a thank you. 

Give them a year or two and maybe if people quit or get fired this place will become visitable.

Came in at 9pm, stood around for 5 minutes, not one person acknowledged me. Left and came back 15 minutes later to have the exact same thing happen.
